"Make yourself a dang quesa-dilla!"
1 lb. bonelless chicken breast cut into chunks
1 can cheddar cheese soup or melt velvetta
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
10 flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 425. Cook chicken in skillet until done. Add soup and salsa. heat through. Spread about 1/2 cup mixture on half of each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Moisten the edge with just a little water. Fold over and seal. Place quesadillas on baking sheets. Bake for 5 minutes or until hot.
