This is so good and easy. I used to make this the hard way but now always make it in the crock pot! The kids love it too!

Taco Chicken...
chicken (duh?) I use frozen boneless skinless breasts
can of rotel, or cup of salsa
couple of cloves of garlic (pressed)
can of cream of chicken soup
can of cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
mix all ingredients, pour over chicken, cook all day... serve over doritos with shredded cheddar cheese on top!

Okay!! I made this tonight!! It was the BEST!!!! So delicious!!
All of my kids liked it with the exception of me making it a little too spicy (the salsa was HOT)!!
I took out the chicken and shredded it then put it in a flour tortilla with cheddar cheese, rolled it up then poured the sauce over it!! New chick ench. recipe!! We WILL be having this again!!!!
