Easy rice or noodle topping

All-purpose topping

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can full of milk
1 small can of mushrooms
1 cup shredded chicken
1/2 cup onion (I usually saute these with the chicken)


Mix and heat on stove. You can mix this in with cooked noodles or top cooked rice. Enjoy!!

I add a ranch packet and a block of cream cheese to this recipe. We love it over egg noodles.
