Salsa Chicken

Chunky salsa, cheese and sour cream?? That SCREAMS awesome!!!!

  • 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 jar (16 oz) chunky salsa
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream

Preheat oven to 375.

Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of each breast. Pour salsa over chicken and then bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is done. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and then bake 5 min. more, or until cheese melts. Garnish with sour cream, if desired. Makes 4-5 servings.
