3 Crock pot recipes

Pineapple chicken.
Pour one large can of pineapple juice (64 oz.) over 4 or 6 chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with Rice.

Crockpot Chicken Parmigiana
Pour one bottle of your favorite spagetti sauce over 4 chicken breasts. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Chop into bite sized pieces. Serve over your favorite pasta.


Salsa Chicken
Pour one jar of mild salsa over 4-6 chicken breasts. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over mexican or plain rice.
*note Peach Chipotle Salsa (walmart brand) is AMAZING in this recipe*

The salsa chicken can be done in the oven too for those who never prepare enough ahead to actually use the crockpot. Oddly enough, this is what I fixed for dinner last night! Takes about 35 to 45 minutes depending on how thick the chicken breasts are. Very yummy!

I made this for dinner last night also. :) I did it in the crock pot & it was awesome! I admit that the pineapple/peach kinda had us weary, but it was way YUMMY! I made rice w/it & a veggie & will definitely make it again!

These all sound so yummy! Can't wait to try them! I love the crockpot in the summer too because it doesn't heat up my kitchen like the oven does.
