Despite the name of this yummy recipe-- it's quite fun to have for dinner.
Ingredients:1 pound pork sausage
1 cup hash browns
1 cup shredded cheese
5 eggs with milk to scramble
1 (8 ounce) package of crescent rolls
Directions:Spread crescent rolls in oiled 9 x 12-inch pan to fit bottom of pan, bringing dough up along the edges. Seal seams. Brown and drain pork sausage. Spread on crescent rolls. Cover with potatoes, scrambled eggs and sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

We'll have to give it a try! Thanx!
I love easy ones like this! Thanks so much for sharing this!
This looks yummy! :) So...you scramble the eggs first, right? You don't put them in the pan to cook in the oven?
right... I guess I didn't make that too clear! Thanks!
Another yummy recipe--great.
This recipe is my family's traditional Christmas morning breakfast! We don't include the hash browns though...
We love it and would make it more often if it weren't 12000 calories per slice! ;)
