2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Cook egg noodles. Brown the ground beef and season to taste. (I use salt & pepper, garlic salt, and a little onion powder).While browning it, in another pan, simmer 2 cans cream of mushroom with about a cup of sour cream mixed in. When meat is done, mix the sauce in and add some paprika to give it some color, then mix the noodles with it.
