Wild Rice Chicken
1 cup grilled diced chicken (I grill extra and freeze it)
8 oz. water chestnuts
1 cup celery
1 cup onion
6 oz. package long grain wild rice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom
Cook rice and chop veggies. Combine all ingredients. Bake 350 for 1 hour
